While going to attend the walk-in drive, candidates must carry the documents listed below for the verification process:
The minimum qualification should be possessed by applicants as specified below:

| Trade Apprentice | ITI (NCVT) in the relevant trades from a recognized Institution |
| Graduate Apprentice (Engg) | B.E./B.Tech in the relevant Engineering disciplines from a recognized Institution/University |
| Technician Apprentice | Diploma in the respective Engineering branches from a recognized Institution/University |
| Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engg) | B.Com/B.Sc. from a recognized Institution/University |
The selection of applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be made based on their performance in the walk-in interview and marks obtained in the required qualification. The merit list of selected candidates will be uploaded on the official website @hal-india.co.in within two weeks of the walk-in drive. Additionally, emails will be sent to shortlisted candidates for the training details.
Candidates selected for Apprenticeship Training at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited will receive a compensative monthly stipend as per the Apprenticeship Rules 1961.
